![]() 80 sales from what I calculated would be around $1000. I made 80 sales and no notifications that this was happening. I had an instinct to check it, and lo and behold, my book has been selling for months, without a profit made to me. The only blame I can put on myself is that I didn't check my Sales Overview whenever I'm logged in to my Blurb account, but to my knowledge they had agreed to remove it so I never touch that area. Again, I made the request to remove my book. So far so good until I found out they have been selling my book to the Global Retail Network when I had made a request to remove it since I wasn't familiar with the system yet.ĭue to their neglect in handling this request, the book continued to be picked up by retail stores and Amazon, but I didn't get any royalties because the profit section has not been filled out. I've been selling my books personally and through the help of Blurb manual ordering for my customers. If you have any more questions, please update your support request. We are a self-publishing company, so we're not able to review books before they go to print, but we send your book file as-is to the printer. Just to clarify: Blurb isn’t a publisher or a distributor. Our Customer Support team can help with that, and I understand that someone replied to your support request. This may be due to several reasons I can’t troubleshoot here without seeing some pictures of the problem. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the quality of your books. ![]() Sometimes you lose and sometimes you learn, unfortunately. I don't want to spend another penny with them. I printed total of 4 different types of books and I'm done with them. If you're just trying to print a book for your family or friends through your iPhone photos then it's "alright". So I had to end up posting publicly on their Instagram post and 1 hour later they reply back to me. I direct messaged them on Instagram and never got a reply. I messaged them again and again and never got a reply. Most recently, I reached out to them 3 weeks ago and never got a reply and out of no where they close my request as solved. I've printed various types of books from them and they range from pretty good to mediocre. Do not use Blurb if you're expecting quality you'd expect from a major publisher or distributor.
